Notes: 2 hrs professional ethics or legal issues required each renewal

CE Required: 24 hours every 2 years 
Home Study Allowed: No limit 
License Expiration: 6/30, every 2 years 
National Accreditation Accepted: NBCC
Notes: 6 hrs professional ethics or legal issues required each renewal; 2 hours telemental health if applicable; 1-hour supervision if applicable

Notes: 4 hours ethics; 2 hours cultural diversity required every renewal

Notes: 6 hours must be live and directly relate to OT practice. Of the remaining 14 hours, 7 may be completed through home study or online activities.

Dietitians & Nutritionists (RDNs)

Mississippi Council of Advisors in Dietetics 
CE Required: 30 hours every 2 years or current CDR card 
Home Study Allowed: No limit to renew CDR licensure; MS State DOH does not accept home study CE
License Expiration: 3/31, odd years 
National Accreditation Accepted: CDR
Notes:  Licensees registered and in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration may submit proof, in form and content satisfactory to the Department, of having met the continuing education requirements of the CDR in lieu of the provisions of this section.
